(Chicago, IL)- The 2023 J/70 North American Championship will be hosted at Chicago Yacht Club's Belmont Station from September 18th to 24th. This prestigious event will welcome fifty-four competitors from all corners of the U.S. as well as eight countries from around the world (USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Turkey, Brazil, Australia, and the United Kingdom). As the final major regatta before the upcoming J/70 World Championship in St. Petersburg, FL, the fleet is loaded with talent with everyone expecting to test their boathandling skills, boatspeed, and tactics against many of the world's best J/70 sailors.
Undoubtedly, the American contingent is the strongest at the regatta, with well-known veterans preparing to do battle for four straight days.
